James A. Roumasset is Professor of Economics at the University of Hawaii. His research interests include environmental and resource economics, institutional economics, and development microeconomics. His publications and extramural grants in recent years have focused on new methods for resource and environmental policy analysis and promoting new connections between and within disciplines. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
